I can't even give this place 1 star. It's basically a money taking operation. I live in Louisiana so I'm in a different time zone. I had an appointment today October 19. I received a reminder call Friday October 16th. My appointment time was for 1:30 Arizona time. I would receive a call 1 hour before to collect payment. That should be 12:30 Arizona time. I WAS NOT told that they do

Overall, I had a great experience with my Fertility Clinic. The staff was not only friendly, but very professional. Dr. Fuchs was amazing and so sweet and straight forward, I felt at ease with her immediately. She was incredibly informative and did not make me feel like my questions were silly. I would recommend Fertility Centers of Illinois to anyone.
