I would not recommend this medical practice. I would rate my experience a negative 5 if possible. The office staff is unprofessional, uneducated and uninformed. You are met with the same unprofessionalism from the medical assistant and when you try to schedule an appointment (which is impossible to get a hold of anyone to do) you are met with a condescending attitude.

We'd spent the past three years going through infertility treatments and had pretty much lost hope in finding a jackpot. After 6 treatments at another Scottsdale Fertility clinic, we came across a friend who had an IVF treatment done at Bloom and it was one of the best treatments they'd ever had.
