However when it came to calling us back with test results or upload results to the portal- apparently that's too much work for them. Scheduling appointments? If I could rate REACH with 0 stars, I would. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. If you want to be treated like a number, go here. Even if you choose not to go here, its good to have your doctor know about their reputation with other fertility clinics.

Very unprofessional. They walked out on my appointment and refused to answer my questions of concern. They are not considerate of your time. They also gave me the wrong medications and no directions on how to administer them.
