The staff at both locations are all so sweet & make me feel like the only patient. I'm glad I can call & reach someone within the business day. The patient portal is a great tool to have, I always use it if there is anything I need to know or ask.

Got charged $370 for a new patient exam when I came in for preventative care. I wasn't told about any charges, and the staff made it seem like it was preventative for my annual exam. The doctor just wants to charge money. Don't come here if you can avoid it.

We saw Dr. Sherman and Dr. Okpala. This clinic refered us to Dr. Sherman’s clinic. After having several miscarriages under their care, we finally learned that we would have a very difficult time conceiving because my AMH levels were extremely low. Love this office! The doctors and nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and are just great people. They helped us have the family we wanted first with my beautiful daughter in 2013 and now with our baby boy on the way.

The doctors and nurses at Aspire are so caring and supportive. My only complaint is with billing which is always a struggle.

First visit was incredibly organized. Nurses were very kind and professional. My provider was very focused and knowledgeable. Facility was clean and well designed with all the amenities you could want.

Please don't allow your loved ones to be here if possible. My mother in law was hospitalized and the staff never let us know how she was or if we could see her (they said she wouldn't want to see us anyway and that it was best to leave her alone). She passed away after 2 days in their care and we had to remove her to another hospital even though we were told she was stable. Very frustrating.

The physicians, front desk, and nurses are incredible. Fantastic people. The accounting process is inefficient. Bills days or months late with extortions.
