I will use a fake name to say that the ultrasound tech we dealt with at the Montgomery office was rude and miserable. I will never use this clinic again because of the behavior of that tech. I pray that anyone else who has to deal with her rude behavior leaves this clinic.

Dr. Jordan has been amazing and supportive throughout this journey. Her staff is as well. Stacy has always been so kind and sweet and always followed up with me to make sure everything was going okay. Never felt like I had to question anything because she was very reassuring. Dr. Jordan also never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions like a true professional.

Don't go here. They are incompetent and do not care about the well being of their patients or their patients pocket books.

Dr. Johnson and team were amazing. We never felt for a moment that we weren’t their top priority. They did everything they could to get us a baby.

Doctors are amazing, however the office is a mess and they do not follow up with my treatment. The offices are not close to one another, so there are many hoops to jump through. I will not recommend to anyone, as the office is too disorganized.

I am in love with the staff, nurses and doctors at Pacific NW Fertility. I had my first baby with PNWF and couldn't love them more! I trust them completely and will be going back to them to finish my second pregnancy. I trust them, love them and would recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough good things!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacobs and the IVF Center. Dr. Jacobs and the entire clinic staff went above and beyond to make this process pleasurable with the birth of our beautiful baby girl! Dr. Jacobs is highly recommended and the center is fully capable of handling all the demands of this stressful and expensive process.

They bring you in and try to sell you services you don't need. Don't expect them to actually help you get your insurance to pay properly.

I had the chance to check out the RMA location in Pleasant Hill, TN. This is a small but very nice office in a medical plaza next to my insurance company’s office. I had a brief phone conversation with a great and very professional staff member before my in-person appointment. She was very helpful answering my questions and making me want to come in.
