poor quality service. no better than going to the grocery store pharmacy for last minute prescriptions.

Don't book with them and never take the time to invest into a non-personal and rude company. I confirmed multiple times that I was an urgent person and didn't need to wait to get back all my results to book an appointment!

Dr. Loret was kind, knowledgeable and conscientious. The staff was efficient and professional.

If only this clinic would return calls in a timely fashion. It's frustrating to wait for weeks here.

After thorough research, I decided to go with this clinic. I have come to find out that they are only interested in making money. They do not follow up. I have had to call after every blood test to find out the results. When you call, the nurses will never give you an answer, even for a simple question, and tell you to make an appointment with the doctor. I believe they order more tests than needed and that's why when I asked they were doing the same

Dr. Beltsos and the entire staff at Vios is absolutely amazing! Flip flops, jeans, and whatever are fine in their office. They make you feel like you are visiting family. Highly personal approach - you are not another number. Staff, nurses, and Dr. Beltsos all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And everything is done with quality and care. Dr. Levran’t seems to be a smart, cautious doctor. He’s straight forward and kind.

Dr. Wood is excellent! She leaves no stone unturned and takes a great deal of time to answer all questions and address all concerns. They are also very sensitive to the couples financial situation, and offer all options for treatment to be paid for, if necessary.

I had outstanding care while we did IVF. This was a stressful time for me and they really put my mind at ease.

I feel they need to communicate better with patients, they failed to send me paperwork in a timely manner to get my treatment in writing. They are not timely in getting back to you on calls, and then they act like it's a huge deal to forego email and call you back. If we have a question we should be able to discuss it that way not on email.

I am in love with the staff, nurses and doctors at Pacific NW Fertility. I had my first baby with PNWF and couldn't love them more! I trust them completely and will be going back to them to finish my second pregnancy. I trust them, love them and would recommend them to anyone. I can't say enough good things!

They told me to give up hope, which may have been helpful if I had known nothing about IVF or if I were in my 20s.

Dr. Lia Bernardi and the entire Northwestern team at PNWF are exceptional. I've had the pleasure of working with the group during multiple cycles. If you are looking for a fertility clinic based in the Pacific Northwest, I highly recommend it.

After our two miscarriages, we were more than ready to see a new doctor. We connected with Dr. Cohen immediately and he and his team got us on the right path to get our family started. After a successful IUI, we are now just over 20 weeks pregnant and anxiously awaiting the arrival of our first child!

We are blessed to have found Dr Pritts, to have had her as our fertility Dr. She has been professional and compassionate to our family.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. No compassion, empathy, or understanding for their patient's. Horrible ultrasounds, awful nurses who never update, rude front office staff, And it takes the doctor days before he interacts with you. They are more concerned about billing their patient's than treating them with care.

First visit was incredibly organized. Nurses were very kind and professional. My provider was very focused and knowledgeable. Facility was clean and well designed with all the amenities you could want.
