I was referred to Newport Fertility Center. It wasn't my first pick and I was very nervous starting this whole process. I didn't want a medical office that had a bunch of other stuff going on. Absolutely a nightmare dealing with the staff here. Receptionists are incredibly rude. I needed to ask questions about my diagnosis and receptionists yahaira and Jessica kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking and later even transferred me to voicemail. I tried asking for their name on the 5th call and they hung up on me. Their supervisor Jose doesn't care about their unprofessional behavior and also kept cutting me off
