The staff at both locations are all so sweet & make me feel like the only patient. I'm glad I can call & reach someone within the business day. The patient portal is a great tool to have, I always use it if there is anything I need to know or ask.

Got charged $370 for a new patient exam when I came in for preventative care. I wasn't told about any charges, and the staff made it seem like it was preventative for my annual exam. The doctor just wants to charge money. Don't come here if you can avoid it.

I would recommend Dr. Shavell to everyone who is needing a reproductive endocrinologist. She is very sensitive & warm. Dr. Shavell is very detailed & is very understanding. I would never advise anyone to choose treatment with the University of Michigan. My experience (and those of others I have spoken with) is that the lack of empathy for patients and staff's inability to communicate effectively or "connect" with patients will severely hamper your chance for success.

Dr. Abuzesummary:d provides amazing, personalized care. He and his team are so devoted to their patients. We are so thankful for all of their hard work in helping us have a child.

Dr Hammoud is very caring. The office staff is the worst we have seen in the fertility industry. Some staff are very good but others, like the office manager, should be fired. Cryobank is good, not great. They are efficient, but not friendly or warm. Unfortunate, there are no other options for wegman's patients in the northwest.

I was with Care medical for 3 years, I wanted to go out on my own. I signed paperwork for Care medical to no longer represent me after 3 years. I should be able to go to someone else. I told my old partner that I was represented by Care medical and my new was with another group, I expect that they would have the paperwork to still represent me. Went to a new office for a new experience. No compassion, no interest in me as a patient. I

Don't go here. They are incompetent and do not care about the well being of their patients or their patients pocket books.
