We had a great experience, our 3rd clinic and it really felt like they were in this journey with us. We love Dr. Luk and Dr. Nejat and their entire team.

I thought the entire experience was exceptional in friendliness, considerate staff, explanations, and professionalism; however, the billing was a fail. I received confirmation that my lab work would be billed at in network and then a bill four weeks later that was out of network. I asked for them to reduce the cost but it was denied despite a blatant error on their part. I felt I was used and manipulated.

Such an amazing place with very caring doctors. I was a patient for over a decade for a rare ovarian cancer complication and they took good care of me. They have helped me with three pregnancies!

I love this place I want to thank me Dr. María Saketos for everything she has done and has helped me and I also want to thank her assistants who are at the front decks helping us and also her nurses, who are always waiting for me to follow the instructions of the medicines well. This is a rip-off. Think twice before going to Yale Fertility in New Haven. It's nearly twice as far away but if you have to go anywhere, you're better off going to Yale New Haven. The doctors themselves, their assistants, are all great. The "records department" and the billing department and "accounting" are all a big, jumbled mess, and the worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider.

Not only the doctors are great, the staff there are great as well. My husband and i are glad that we chose this clinic for this journey. Every steps of the process they made it very personal so it does feel like you are in a private clinic. Everytime i have questions or concerns about something, they always responded me in timely manner. I will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who’s looking for one.

My experience at PNWF was positive from start to finish, from the staff to the medical care and the financial team. A smooth running machine. A lot of people talk about scheduling issues but it's always been smooth for me. Dr. Trivax is great; I definitely recommend. The office staff are super lovely and always helpful and get back to you in a timely manner.
